Devon,

I wanted to follow up on our conversation that we had today regarding power plants in India. I have put some general notes about the opportunity to you as apart of this email.

We have an opportunity to purchase an existing license to build, own, and operate a 1320 mw power plant in India. This will cut down our time to by as much as one year.

We see working with you and your partners to create a JV between our group and an Independent Power Operator and Developer.

I have provide some key points about the project below:

Types of Power Plants:
Thermal (Clean Coal)
Gas powered

Stages of Development
Stage 1:
Size: 100 MW - 1320 MW<x-apple-data-detectors://0>
Stage<x-apple-data-detectors://0> 2:
Size: 4000 MW

Cost:
$1.2 mm US per MegaWatt

Time Frame is approximately one year to get a project approved.
Development time: It can take anywhere from 18-36 months to develop a project.

Funding:
70-80% funded by Indian Government
10% funded by owner/operator
10% funded by Indian development partner

Land:
Location: India (South Costal and Northeast)
Size: .5 - 1 acre, but varies depending on size


Revenue and Expenses:

Production Cost: $.041 - $.05 / megawatt
Revenu (per megawatt) *$.06 - $.085

* The lower price represents power being contractually sold to the Indian Government.

* The higher price represents selling to private sector
