<div><font face="arial">We have been retained by a private, "Best in Breed" real estate investment and development company to recruit a <b><u>Chief Financial Officer</u></b>. The company is family-owned and extremely entrepreneurial, investing across all major asset types. This position is principal-level that reports directly to the company owners, with executive oversight over all major elements of asset and company operations, including value-add implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience as a CFO or Principal Financial and Administrative Officer of a real estate company. The position will have multiple direct reports and will be responsible for the operational and financial oversight of the company including asset management, development, finance, compliance, administration, human resources, IT and risk management. We are looking for a seasoned business person with vision and an operational and strategic skill set with an identifiable history of success.</font></div><div><font face="arial"><br></font></div><div><font face="arial">The candidate must be a leader and motivator of teams to garner camaraderie and success while maintaining an entrepreneurial company culture.
