recipient must participate in the Airline Direct Deposit(SM)
portion of the Starwood Preferred Guest program. With Airline
Direct Deposit, Starpoints earned from eligible hotel stays
and select bonus offers will be converted automatically into
miles, will be credited to your United Mileage Plus account
and may not be transferred back to your SPG account. If
recipient does not participate in Airline Direct Deposit,
Starpoints will be earned in the Starwood Preferred Guest
program.

offered when booked through a third-party channel. Enhanced
rooms include rooms on higher floors, corner rooms, newly

1. By enrolling and activating this membership, you accept the
Starwood Preferred Guest(R) (SPG(R)) program terms and
conditions, which can be found at SPG.com and are subject to
change without notice, and you opt to receive direct mail
communications and to participate in the Airline Direct Deposit
program.

2. You grant Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., the
right to provide any relevant information regarding your SPG
account to United(R) to credit your account and for you to earn
the applicable Mileage Plus bonus miles.

3. Offer is valid for recipient of the email or direct mail
piece only and is nontransferable.

4. Offer is void for employees of Starwood Hotels & Resorts and
United Airlines(R).

5. Gold Preferred Guest membership is valid through February
2011. To earn Gold status through February 2012, you must meet
the standard elite-level qualifications in 2010.

6. Mileage Plus bonus miles will be earned in increments of
3,000 Mileage Plus miles after you stay three nights, six nights
and nine nights. A maximum of 9,000 Mileage Plus bonus miles may
be earned for bonus promotion.

7. You will also earn an additional 1,000 Mileage Plus miles per
night at any SPG participating Sheraton(R) property with no limits
on your earnings for this part of the bonus promotion.

8. An eligible night is a night at an SPG participating property,
paying a rate that is eligible to earn Starpoints and that posts
to the member's SPG account.

9. A list of non-SPG participating properties can be found at
spg.com/t&c under section 5.1.

10. Stays must commence on or after May 1, 2010, and be completed
by August 31, 2010, and you must present your SPG number at
check-in to earn the Mileage Plus bonus miles.

11. Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
