Small problem. Your Dad is hosting a pool party at NAVOBS for Labor Presidents on July 14th. I called Brian McGlinchey and he said Ray was just invited and going to that. (Again, nice that I had to find out from Brian.) I made some additional calls after that and found out that the invitees are at the National President level (expect for Ray, Sam Latham and some local DE folks). So, Anna Burger, Randi Weingarten, etc. are all invited. Question - 1) Is it better for you to be at that event? 2) Should we try and reschedule (will be very difficult quite honestly to reschedule until September given your schedule and Izzy and Nick's) or 3) Go ahead as aside from Ray and Randi if we could get Gov. Paterson, Joe Rocks, someone from NYCERS, maybe Pedrotty, a Chafe suggestion or two at the Pension fund side not the labor president side we would still have a worthwhile group (or wouldn't we). Again, important to have Pension fund folks there vs. the actual Presidents, right?
