Hello board,

Attached please find most of the board packet for the meeting on Thursday. Included here is the April Board meeting minutes, the programming dashboard and the Q2 financials. I’ve also included the documents relating to the Shield of Protection Initiative, which Patty and I can walk through more closely on Thursday.

The agenda will be sent prior to the meeting. I’ll also have some updated info from the digital team on our email/digital advertising.

Judge Freeh and Ashley have indicated they’re unable to attend - if anyone else has a conflict. please let us know.

She agreed that First State would join the Shield of Protection Initiative - giving us youth serving organization partners is every county in DE. For reference, I’ve attached a one pager on the SOPI. > 1. Programming Update: This week we had three NetSmartz trainings (Newark Parks & Rec Camp, Western YMCA camp and the Hockessin PAL) and served 120 kids. Patty also secured a commitment from the Delaware River and Bay Authority police to train their staff in Stewards of Children.

Partnership Update: On Thursday, Patty and Josh had lunch with the CEO and CMO of Doylestown (PA) Hospital and the ED of the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (all the Bucks Co Hospitals + local and county health officials).
