One thing you want to be thinking about Jim is how we will approach the CIC
Issue of $100 mil minimum investment but no greater than 10% of total Fund
size. You and I discussed it briefly and you mentioned perhaps $75 mil
investment and $25 mil co-invest a hybrid sort of idea. You should be
thinking about that so we can address it straight away if CIC raises it.

Michael Lin told me that Yans email to you is great and you made a good
impression on the CIC team. We will continue the push
