FYI - Chris, Rob and I made good progress this morning on scoping out the
core tasks that we need to complete to get to a close of a New Co for the JV
by 9/30.


Take a look - we will refine and more crisp as we go, but good progress.


Rob is scheduling a debrief call with Michael and Thad for the 7th, 8th or
9th of next week to get feedback on Australia.
