1. Mike made it clear Arlene is expected in NY on the 29th

2. Everyone (RHB,ARB, Mike and Chuck) will attend the meeting at 330PM;
Hunter will leave at 4PM; Arlene, Mike and Chuck to pitch the clients and
Fund of Funds from 4-430PM


Agenda Items:

1. Call with Arlene, Mike and Chuck prior to 29th to discuss clients,
pitch and meeting flow

2. John Gibson (RHB): waiting to hear back from Mike/Chuck on date

3. Jack Cipriani: ARB suggested it would be good to meet prior to Jack
making calls on our behalf

4. Terry Moloznick (ARB): need to schedule

5. Follow up call after meeting on the 29th with Third Point, ARB and
Mike OR Chuc
