Dear Parents, The winter pre-season training program will begin on Wednesday, January 19th . It will include three sessions per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) continuing until the start of the spring season on February 28th. (More on the spring season schedule at the mandatory team meeting on February 16th). The winter pre-season training sessions will be held in the gym as follows: • Monday and Wednesday mornings, 6:30-7:30am • Friday immediately after school (end time will be communicated to the girls by Jan 19th) The coaches understand that some girls will have other commitments on Friday afternoons. They will sort out those conflicts in the first week of training.
