I received this below email from the Hospital accounts department, I do not have a Mr Schwerin on my books but do however have and international patient Ms Kathleen Biden, for service date 28/08/2010. There is currently an outstanding amount on this account.

Please indicate if this is any relation and if this was the patient referred to in below email.

Should this be the case, I will gladly email the outstanding Casualties statement to you.
