Wearing jeans and a brown leather bomber jacket, Vice President Biden stepped off the C-17 into darkness at 12:55 am local.

Greeters on the tarmac: Amb. Jim Jeffrey and Gen. Lloyd Austin.

VPOTUS was followed by Bill Burns, Blinken, Carney, etc.

He boarded a nearby helicopter. Pool boarded a separate one and was wheels up at 1:15 am, arriving at 1:30 am at the US embassy.
