Abe and Danny, As we discussed, Rosemont Realty has a four story (approximately 75,000 sq. ft) building in Fort Worth, TX that needs HVAC upgrades. The building has three HVAC units (we believe 4 ton units) that need to be replaced. The current plan is to replace one unit per year for the next three years, however management is willing to accelerate this process if the economics make more sense to replace all three in the short term. We can get more specific information on the property if needed. Let us know how we can work towards getting a quote to their team as they are currently considering other proposals.
