Tony,
We agree the date and time for our weekly call. Would you prefer that Joan sends a dial-in number (which would make it easier in the likely event I am traveling)?

As far as a face-to-face meeting, I travel quite a bit and would prefer a monthly meeting as needed. If we decide to meet face-to-face, I would suggest an agenda in advance. Maybe we can alternate between your office and ours when we decide to meet.
Anyway, please give the above paragraph some thought and you can come back to us with your ideas.

Thanks for meeting with us yesterday. We think the discussion enabled you to have a much better understanding of Guardian’s product/fund and for us to understand your capabilities.

1. Kevin Lynch: Sits on board of Morgan Stanley’s US Wealth Management Committee—We have met with Joseph Stecher (Managing Director – Alternative Investments) and David Boyle (Executive Director Alternative Investment Partners RE Fund of Funds) both in the Investment Management Group in NY. They continue to consider us with no decision date announced. I have an update call with them on Thursday January 13, 2011 at 11:00. They like Guardian’s strategy.

2. Rob McCord: PA State Treasurer: Marvin met Rob at the NAST convention in California in 2009 – we sent a follow up “nice meeting you” letter and invitation to have further discussions but no additional response was received.

3. Mike Mathis and Chuck Harple, The Mathis Group: Political consultants representing Unions as it relates to their political agenda. Previously, both worked for more than 20 years in the Teamster’s Office of Government Affairs.

4. Carl Thoma: Thoma-Bravo Private Equity Group, previously Golder-Thoma

5. Dan Pedrotty: CIO of AFL-CIO
