We are in agreement on process. As noted, I will only be sharing this
information with Jay Coalson of Green Building Services. We can get an NDA
next week and I’m sure that Jay will sign one as well.


As an update, I spoke with Jay today and given that we have the building
information already, we will be sending you both a phased proposal and a
preliminary portfolio assessment by January 26th so that we can set a call
for later that week and keep on track for a signed agreement by February 4th
.


It was great to see you all yesterday, we appreciate the time and
opportunity.

the properties in the Real Estate Portfolio. Hopefully this gives you some
