EARLY MORNING MEETING FOR WORSHIP
Please come with your child to Meeting for Worship in the Meeting
House at 7:45 AM on January 21. Siblings welcome.

FAMILY CASSEROLE BAKE TO BENEFIT BETHESDA CARES
Over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, gather your family
for a community service project in your own kitchen! Please bake a
casserole to help feed the folks at Bethesda Cares on snow days when
Montgomery County is unable to provide its regular lunch service.
Store-bought frozen casseroles are also appreciated. Bake in a 9-in.
by 13-in. aluminum pan, wrap in foil, and freeze at home. On the foil
wrapping, write the name of the dish and the date it was prepared.
Drop off the frozen casserole with your child (in the carpool drop-off

CHANGE OF DATE: GRADES 2-4 BREAKFAST WITH RICH
Breakfast with Rich for parents of children in grades 2-4 has been
moved from Thursday, January 20, to Thursday, February 10, 8:15 to 9
am in the Lower School Meetinghouse. This is your chance to ask Rich
questions or share insights, thoughts, or feedback.

STUDENTS need to arrive at the Lower School at 6:30 am on Wednesday

for a 6:45 prompt departure

(SORRY WE CANNOT WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVERS)

· Please dress nicely (hair combed), comfortably and warmly for
the weather as the ceremony will be outside!!

· Go to bed early Tuesday evening

· Bagels and cream cheese will be served on the bus

· Bring a free reading book

· Leave your backpacks at home

Wednesday afternoon the entire fourth grade will be taking a trip to
the Middle School for a special Martin Luther King, Jr. program!
