Fighting Governor Reynold’s continued attack on Iowa’s workers, Nate introduced Senate File 2133 - Paid Family and Medical Leave. This legislation will provide common sense financial and job protection for Iowa’s workers who are growing their families or helping loved ones with medical emergencies. Not only does Nate’s bill protect an employee’s position, but it also protects their pay rate guaranteeing that when Iowans return to work, they’ll earn the same amount as when they left.
