Devon,

Glad you spoke to Gerry. He and I just had a call.

Gerry suggested that when the public documents become available, he will
immediately reach out to the two largest investors in Israel (the pension fund
and an investment bank) and share the project with them. If they are
interested, then he suggests we formally schedule the trip (ie buy tickets,
etc).


This would be our version of a "qualified" meeting -- we don't want to go there
simply because we can get meetings (we can), we need to meet with people who
really want to do this.

That said, if Gerry uncovers specific interest by Israeli investors who have
read our public materials, THEN he suggests that we provide a speaker for a
conference in Tel Aviv on January 23/4. It's a real estate conference, focused
on investing in the US, and there will be some heavy hitters there. this would
fit our schedule as already drawn up.


So, if an Israel trip is merited and qualified meetings are identified, I think
Hunter should address the conference. And we can arrange that.
