The Vice President and Dr. Biden and The Secretary of State look forward
to welcoming you to the luncheon in honor of His Excellency Hu Jintao,
President of the People's Republic of China on Wednesday, January 19,
2010.


Important updates and arrival information for the State Luncheon are
included below.


- Please note that the luncheon will now begin at 2:00 p.m.
Doors will open at 1:15 p.m. Guests must arrive by 2:00 p.m. due to
security screening procedures.


- The Department of State is located at 2201 C Street, NW,
Washington, DC. Please arrive using the 22nd and C Streets entrance;
vehicles may drop-off at 22nd and C Streets. Parking will not be
available.


- All guests must bring a government-issued form of photo
identification such as a driver's license or passport. Everyone will be
required to present photo identification at check-in.


- Due to security purposes late additions or changes to the
guest list are not permitted at this time.


- If you have any questions on the day of the event, or your
plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend, please email
