I think a couple of examples is sufficient. We shouldn't provide "confirmed"
names without commitments and we shouldn't invite guests without
confirmation that we can do the course... a chicken/egg problem. It may be
effective to secure a commitment from one significant guest/big name, making
it difficult for G-town to resist. What do you think?
