At long last, here's an upgraded draft of the course proposal. Take a look
and fill in any possible speaker/guests under each class session. Also,
this is rough so feel free to edit the content -- you won't hurt my
feelings.

Let's talk soon to figure out next steps. Guess we need to get this to
someone at Georgetown for their reaction.
