Hey Guys,

My friend John, with whom we met regarding Aqua Sciences regarding Mali
among other things, has a relationship with OAS - as you know, a very large
($4bn) infrastructure group in Brazil. They have a rapidly expanding
international division and are looking for assistance in diversifying their
financing options. Currently, their main source of funding for international
projects is the Brazil Development Bank. They also have a significant
footprint in Haiti and are looking to identify funding for projects in the
country. In discussing our capabilities and how they may be useful, I
outlined our relationships with various international financing
organizations (IDB, WB, etc) in addition to the connections we've made
regarding Haiti. Also mentioned the potential of forming a link with an
American firm (ie Kenny). I was going to send John a copy of our
infrastructure-focused presentation as a backdrop for his conversations with
OAS. The goal would be to eventually put together a more comprehensive
proposal in the near future. Just wanted to a) make you guys aware of the
opportunity, but more importantly make sure I wasn't overstating our
capabilities or our collective interest in pursuing this type of deal. All
in all, it is similar to the Estrella type approach. I said that our monthly
rate was $20k with a standard success fee and that didn't seem to be an
