Arlene says that at dinner tonight will be Josh Targoff, Mark Zwebner, Greg Floyd, Chuck and Mike and possibly Dan Loeb. The guy from Gray Consulting won't be there (they sent a junior guy to the event and apparently didn't want him to come to dinner). Also at dinner will be Arlene's friend Karl Thomma (who has personally invested money in 3rd point, Millenium and likely will for Rohatyn at Arlene's suggestion) and Arlene wants you to make nice with him at some point.

Also, Arlene will want to talk to you tonight or tomorrow re Millennium and make sure you are OK with the six more months and the proposal on how to be compensated going forward that you and I talked about.

Finally, I told Arlene that Alex had some idea about Pensions and Paterson but it wasn't fully formed - but I didn't mention that you were going to see Paterson with Alex tomorrow - feel free to - I just didn't bring it up. Alex says she wants to see Arlene this week so she may talk to her about it.
