Bo- Per our conversation, Tara and I met late last week and discussed the attached deck. There is obviously some additional information we still need to add in but wanted to show you what we have come up with so far. You’ll notice on slide 4, it mentions a “Proposed Sports Facility” concept. This is something new we haven’t discussed with you, but Tara has learned that AEG has a deal with the NBA to build NBA branded stadiums around China. Only two have been built to date and the project seems to have stalled but we want to research this further because if Liaoning can get one of these stadiums that would be a big help in your efforts to get more NBA related content in Liaoning. We will put more information in slide 6 and 7 but anything you have to add in will be helpful as well. Here are some questions for you that perhaps you, me and Tara can discuss in person when I am back. Are you aware of the AEG stadium plans? Has Liaoning met with them to discuss? Or is this new information for you? Can you provide the name of the city in Liaoning that the games would be in? Also, some names of some of the major businesses there that might be potential partners? What is Liaoning Province’s relationship with the Chinese Basketball Federation? In addition, regarding the facility in Liaoning, when will the upgrades happen? Does the CBA team play in this facility now? If not, when are they scheduled to return? Who owns and operates the building? Is it the province, or do they have a partner (someone like AEG?) Finally, did Liaoning or Harves end up putting in a proposal to the NBA to host an exhibition game in 2017? As I said, we can meet the week of April 25th and discuss this further but I wanted you to have the questions in advance. After we meet we shouldn’t have too much trouble finalizing something for people to look at when they come over from China in May. Thanks, Eric Eric D.
