Hi Janice,


Thank you so very much for the help on the logistics for London. Here are
our desired flights for the VP Biden plus me, Richard, Bill, and Carlyn.
Tony and Mike have their flights already figured out. Unfortunately we
still are not

sure what return flight VP Biden and Richard will take but I think best for
their outbound flights to be booked now so we don’t lose out them. Are you
able to book VP Biden in business class? Will send you advance personnel
flights when I get them.


What hotel are you planning to book? If we can all be booked at the same
hotel that would be ideal. Having Richard be next to or across from VP
Biden would be great and the rest of us in close proximity.
