It is 12 and 3/4 feet wide (the wall on which king-size headboard now rests) and 14 and 3/4 feet long (the wall that has windows on it). Your "office" bedroom in the basement is about 16' deep and 10 and 1/2 feet wide. The smaller bedroom in the basement is about 10 and 1/4 feet by 10 and 3/4 feet.<br><br>Queen-sized mattresses are 60" wide by 80" long; double-bed mattresses are 54" wide and 75" long; king-sized beds are 76" wide by 80" long.
