Grade 5 parents, The school is hoping that tomorrow evening's "Sleep for Success" event will be well attended. One 5th grade parent commented, "I have heard Dr. Maas speak at Sidwell before and I cannot stress enough how useful his lecture was. I have not used an alarm clock (other than to catch a plane in the early morning) since I heard him speak." Now doesn't that sound intriguing? Please try to attend if you are able. DR. JAMES MAAS, SPEAKER: "SLEEP FOR SUCCESS" Tuesday, December 6th, 7 PM Upper School Arts Center Please take advantage of this opportunity to hear Dr. James Maas, one of the world's most popular and dynamic speakers on the topic of sleep and peak performance. Medical research has proven that sleep deprivation literally "makes you stupid, clumsy stressed out, unhealthy and will shorten your life." How can adults and students improve the quantity and quality of their sleep? Dr. Maas will tackle this pervasive problem in a not to be missed presentation. Questions can be directed to Gaby Grebski, Upper School Counselor at grebskig@sidwell.edu<mailto:grebskig@sidwell.edu
