Fabio- Hunter heard from Mr. Andrade, the Director of INCO regarding the RFP for the engineering and finance consortium. The issuance of the RFP has been delayed and will likely be issued at the end of next week. They are making some changes after some feedback from IFC. Mr. Andrade asked that you reach out directly to his Vice President, Beatrix Morales, who can assist you with the RFP process and get you a copy of it when it is released.
