For your review and our discussion, attached is a proposed MOU. Attempted to synthesize the documents provided by the University consistent with several internal phone conversations. Tried to reach UofD’s general counsel before circulating this document internally, particularly with respect to the proposed delineation between the placeholders designated for the “Biden Institute” and the “Biden Center,” but have not yet been able to make contact. In view of the time constraints, decided to circulate it now. Purposely silent on governance issues for the moment.
