Subject: Welcome to Michael Smith, new ZERO Board Member!


Members of the Board,


It is my pleasure to announce that Michael Smith, after a unanimous
election, has agreed to join the Board of ZERO - The Project to End
Prostate Cancer. Michael is very enthusiastic and excited to begin
getting involved. One of his first activities will be to meet with
Kevin and the team regarding our public policy activities, where we hope
to utilize MIchael's legislative and policy expertise.


Please join me in welcoming Michael to the Board!


His contact information is below, and Kathy will be sending out an
updated full Board list shortly. We will also be scheduling our next
Board meeting, via conference call, for early December, likely December
9th or 10th. You will receive a separate email shortly regarding this
meeting and asking for your availability. We are also looking at dates
for our 3 in-person board meetings for 2011, likely in February,
May/June, and September (again coinciding with the Summit to End
Prostate Cancer).
