I understand that the potential ARC cancellation is causing delays on the North Portal Bridge project even though the NP Bridge is independent of the ARC project scope. I spoke to Eldie about this earlier this week, but was hoping you may be able to shed some additional light on the status of the funding stream for the NP Bridge.
