Sounds good. I think our changes are pretty much incorporated into this draft already. I know we are waiting for some language from Marc LoPresti on the "escape clause" regarding what happens to the "inventions" should the venture dissolve and I know he's working on it.

Neil, I know you and I are supposed to talk in a few minutes, let's discuss then. I think we can turn this around pretty quickly.
