Heard from Abe today.

1) They are just about to hire Barclay's to do their investment banking work to raise money for them. They obviously still want our help to work on some strategic relationships (e.g. partnering with a GE) and being helpful where Barclay's can't. We have a piece of this deal in some way - terms to be negotiated.

2) Abe has been asked to give a keynote at the Saudi Arabia Global Competitiveness Forum in January. Big deal. Last year Jeff Immelt, Bill Clinton and Tony Blair were keynoters. Wants our help thinking how to use this opportunity.

3) We may have a little work to do to convince Abe and Manuel to get a little closer on the negotiations for this Aqua machine in Haiti. Manuel had the $350,000 machine in his mind and I don't think wants to spend more than that. Abe says the machine in Miami is $750,000 and would give a discount but not as little as $350,000. I want them to negotiate without us interceding too much as we have an interest in this, but we may want to consider weighing in at some point to bring them closer together.
