Hope your trip back to DC was uneventful. We identified the following
actions items from our meeting yesterday with HNTB/FL Rail Enterprise:


1) CAF follow up on technical questions - please let us know if you want to
cross check your notes with ours on the technical questions asked by their
team.


2) RSP/TA contact Bechtel and Fluor, re: consortia status. Important that we
make these connections prior to the Conference in early November. We've
identified people at both organizations and are in the process of reaching
out to them. Will keep you updated as we progress here.


3) RSP/TA follow up on 186 mph RFQ requirement and likelihood of it being
included in the final RFQ.
