McGlinchey tells me that Fisker announced their plant would be non-union. He said definitely the demolition but he was pretty sure the actual factory as well. He also says that DE labor pension funds ended up investing. I think he may have his facts wrong, but if he is right, that is unbelievable to me that they would invest and Fisker wouldn't unionize.
