there to Reagan by 10am and get to your office by 10-30-I know you have
a commitment but I have a 2pm plane back so it can work on the time

This all sounds great. I understand how scheduling can be difficult. I
am sure we'll figure out a time to get together with McKinstry soon.


If it works for you, it would be great if you could come to DC on Friday
morning and meet with Manuel. He is up from the Dominican Republic for
just these couple of days and I would like to put the two of you
together while you are in the same neighborhood. Would 10:30am work
for you to meet with Manuel here in DC? Perhaps we could meet for a
few minutes before or after to talk about other international
opportunities as well.

Hunter-John Powers, who represents us at McKinstry called last night to
say he did not thing either one of the Allen brothers could make the
meeting due to schedule conflicts. He is trying to get dates to see when
they would be available to come to DC to sit down. In the meantime, we
are working thru a teaming agreement with them on a few of our contracts
to get this moving. It is my intention to work Rosemont-Seneca into the
final agreement as well for the Chicago contracts. I will get some of

to be moving quicker that I anticipated. I am just finishing some due
