FYI, spent a bunch of time this weekend putting together PPT deck for you
and I to review which is on its way to being a business planning/strategy
exercise (that exercise we started six months ago). Pretty sure I have a
potential model that brings some clarity and solves some problems. Love to
go over it with you tomorrow - might be better off campus or at a Starbucks
or something. Know you have a bunch of school stuff tomorrow, wasn't sure
when/if you are coming to the office, but I could also meet you before or
after your parent-teacher conferences (before Finn's conference works for
me, not sure what you are doing in the AM before that). Let me know what
you are thinking. The exercise has given me some clarity so hopefully it is
useful for you too.
