Talked to Bobbie. Deadline to apply is Jan. 31st. She is checking to see on how many spots there are open this round. The VP has 5 spots at each military academy at any one time, so if he put in 5 freshman in each last year those spots wouldn't open up for four years. Doesn't mean that is the case, but she's checking and getting back to me. Then you can get back to Mike - in case there are only spots at one academy open it would be useful to know that.
