It was good to touch base on Friday and I’m excited about the opportunities
we discussed. How does Thursday, 10/28 work for a meeting here in Washington
with the McKinstry Team? I was thinking we could have a strategy session
that morning then grab lunch.


In addition to that meeting I wanted to introduce you to Manuel Estrella,
head of the Estrella Group (translated web page below). Manuel’s firm has a
significant footprint in the Caribbean and there are a number of projects on
the horizon that may be of mutual interest (including the toll road
expansion projects in Puerto Rico which we’ve discussed). If I remember
correctly you will be in NY the evening of 10/28. If so, Manuel can meet on
10/29 in NY.
