Subject: Mom and Dad's Holiday Card List

It is hard to believe it is already that time of year again but we are in the process of finalizing Mom and Dad's mailing list for the holiday card. We build on this list each year so if there is anyone new you want to add (a personal or professional relationship that is new to you in the past year or perhaps someone who has expressed disappointment in not receiving one in the past), please complete the attached excel sheet and return it to me no later than Friday, October 22. Don't hesitate to be as inclusive and expansive as you want since you all know best the relationships that are most meaningful to your family.
