Hunter-John Powers, who represents us at McKinstry called last night to
say he did not thing either one of the Allen brothers could make the
meeting due to schedule conflicts. He is trying to get dates to see when
they would be available to come to DC to sit down. In the meantime, we
are working thru a teaming agreement with them on a few of our contracts
to get this moving. It is my intention to work Rosemont-Seneca into the
final agreement as well for the Chicago contracts. I will get some of
this info put together to get in your hands to take a look. We may need
an NDA but it will be very simple. I am in NYC on Thursday for meetings
and a formal dinner for our largest client. I can get to DC fairly early
on Friday or stay in NYC and go back later to meet Manuel. I can also
fit him in on Thursday afternoon in NYC if that fits his schedule. I
apologize for the schedule issues. I will call you to discuss some
International business situations which I may want your input. They seem
to be moving quicker that I anticipated. I am just finishing some due
diligence from our end to make sure we are comfortable on some of these
