Hunter (and Eric) - great to hear from you and hope everyone at home is well. I have been in a very remote part of N. Mexico for the past several days and am just back in cell range, so my sincere apologies for the late response.

Happy to talk and see if we can hook u up w/the right people at Bechtel. It gets a bit tricky since their Civil Infrastructure business line is headquartered in London, but they have a couple of folks at Bechtel's worldwide operational headquarters in Frederick, MD (they have a campus of approx 2500 people up there) and many of their folks are in the D.C. Metro area currently working on the Dulles metrorail project.

I am traveling this weekend as well, but will b in D.C. next week. Would u guys like to try and get together then? I'll try to make a couple of calls and see who's wheelhouse ur issues are in @ Bechtel. If u need to talk sooner, feel free to call my cell at 202-412-8304.

We are currently partnering with CAF, a Spanish rail car manufacturer, who is looking to get involved in the Florida High Speed Rail project. I think CAF has had an initial discussion with mid-level people at Bechtel about becoming involved in their consortium with SNCF, but I don't think CAF made much progress and may likely have been talking to the wrong people. Do you still have good relationship at Bechtel and do you think you could help us get to the right people? The consortia are being finalized in the next 4-6 weeks, so we'd like to get them together before then.
