We are pleased to report that the Center for U.S. Global Leadership has successfully completed the 2015 Audit and the 2015 IRS Form 990. The audit once again went very smoothly. Rogers & Company issued a clean, unqualified opinion, and they identified no deficiencies related to finances or internal controls.

The Finance Committee held a meeting with the independent auditors and Center staff on Friday, April 29, 2016 to review the audit and the Form 990. As part of our practice, and to comply with IRS recommendations, we are providing you with a copy of Center's Form 990.

Assuming no significant concerns from the Board of Directors by COB on May 9th, the staff will file Form 990 to the IRS on May 16, 2016.
