We met Tianjin Command Petro Products CO. Ltd. (TCPP) Executives in Hunters
office just before the Holidays. This company is in the global market
looking for 60,000 tons of LNG delivered in February in 2015.
TCPP monthly requirement will jump to between 100,000 and 200,000 tons per
month in June 2015. They want to start with 60,000 tons for the first three
months.
The LNG quality must meet China National Standard Class A.
TCPP has capacity contracted at two LNG terminals in north east China,
Tianjin and Tanshan Terminal in Hebei Province.
TCPP has end users contracted for the gas.
A recent shipment into Zhejiang in Jiangsu Province of 60,000 tons was
bought by a private company in China ENN for about $29mil USD. China pays a
premium.
Michael is negotiating a fee of between 1 and 2% for each shipment
I am dealing with Repsol, Chevron and Conoco Philips right now trying to
arrange supply however KAZ gas would be more efficient and cost effective.
Is there someone in KAZ that you have that might be able to supply this
amount over the pipelines?

Can we have a call to discuss this please the fee is damn good here I think
it is worth tracking down and splitting this if KAZ can be added to the mix.
