I talked to Hallie just now. Told her my impression of the scan which showed an area of necrosis, it could be the result of the combined effect of CCNU and Avastin. It could be a good thing, CCNU and Avastin is doing its job. I told her we must continue treatment either CCNU + Avastin, last round of CCNU, or switch to anti-PD1 antibodies now (Pembrolizumab). I want to consult with our consultants, get their input before we decide on one or the other. We will talk again Friday. Al W.K.
