EMAIL DETAILS

Hunter,

Following up on our call of late yesterday afternoon, would 4:30 pm tomorrow afternoon (Sunday) work for a call from Linda and I to you to talk about next steps ?

As we briefly discussed, there are an exciting number of pending announcements coming up in the near term, as well as pending and intensifying assaults on the Company in the same time frame.

We wanted to review with you the crossroads we find ourselves at, and strategize with you on courses of possible action to insure the positive prevails over the negative !

As you suggested, Linda and I will call your cell (202-552-9396) at the appointed time. Just let us know if 4:30 pm or some other time works.

Thanks so much for making time on the weekend for us at this particularly important juncture in our efforts to break into the open field against an intensifying defensive onslaught of self interest that clearly cuts against improved patient survival. Infuriating.

Talk to you soon......................
