Dear PrepMatters Client,

Thank you for choosing PrepMatters as your resource for test preparation,
academic tutoring and educational planning. We look forward to providing
you the best service possible through a combination of highly trained
tutors and counselors, one-on-one sessions, knowledge of materials and
strategies that work, and an unwavering commitment to your success.

*Prior to receiving services at PrepMatters, clients must register through
our LearnSpeed portal.* LearnSpeed is a cloud-based client record
management system for tutoring companies that supports robust communication
and data sharing between clients and providers. LearnSpeed technology will
enable PrepMatters to bring enhanced service to our students and their
families. LearnSpeed enables you to receive by email an after-session note
from your tutor, essay specialist or educational counselor.

Another important feature is the single account for each family, with
individual records for each student within the family. For example, a
family with three students enrolled in different services at PrepMatters
can review each student's session activity under an individual student
profile.

LearnSpeed also offers a secure, PCI-compliant credit card portal through
Nelix, which provides encrypted digital storage of credit card
information. Nelix partners with Transax, a merchant payment processor.
PrepMatters will process payments daily for services received to eliminate
confusion in accounting. PrepMatters requests that all clients put their
credit or debit card in the LearnSpeed system for simple and secure payment
processing. Clients whose funding source is available only by check
payment are invited to call Jennifer Vance (at 301-951-0350, ext. 101) to
establish an evergreen account, where services are prefunded. Billing and
account inquiries should be directed to Cherie Sturmfels (301-951-0350,
ext. 102).

Client registration through Learnspeed should take about 10-15 minutes and
can be accomplished by following these easy prompts. During account setup,
you will be invited to read and electronically approve the LearnSpeed
software user license and PrepMatters policies and procedures, copies of
which are available in PDF form on the PrepMatters website at
http://prepmatters.com/get-started/policies-procedures.
