Happy New Year! And trust this finds you well!


I've had a couple of conversations with Rick as he pulled his review
together (which he just sent to the Exec Comm). Think he has done a great
job in laying out what improvements and achievements they have accomplished
in 2014, and what he should focus on in 2015. I did suggest that Alexandra
(the HR person) should be checking on the competitive salary environment and
advising that information directly to the Exec Committee.


It would be great to have his review (and any increase we decide) wrapped up
before the February board meeting. Rick mentioned he will be traveling with
you at some point in the coming weeks. Maybe after that and when we get the
HR info, the Executive Committee could have a conference call?
