PROCESSED

Hello Hunter,

To get the DC tags and title processed we would need a DC inspeciton from
both of the vehicles. Once you get the inspection reports just scan and
email them to me and that would be all we need. About the Audi keys, I
would try replacing the batteries first. I have two batteries that I got
from our parts store and I can drop them off to you along with the plate.
Will that work or would you rather have me mail them?

Thanks Hunter,

Nicholas,

Couple things. What do I need to send you guys to start process of getting
DC plates? Also you can just mail the old plates to my office. Finally- the
keys to the Audi are not working- the car will start when key is inserted
but none of the remote buttons -- lock unlock trunk etc are working. I
don't think it's the battery in the key because it happened with
both keys. I've tried all of the fixes suggested online. Let me know
what you think. Thanks

Hello Hunter,

One other thing, I had forgot to give you your DC tag and parking pass
from your Panamera. Would you like to drop by and pick them up or would you
like me to bring them to you?

Thanks,
