Dear all,

The headquarter called a meeting today to ask for updates of JVs. In short
all others have been closed and money returned to headquarters except this
one.

If you want to keep this one, we must demonstrate it’s operating. We need
to have weekly or bi-weekly summaries of business meetings, projects
discussed etc. Otherwise they have legitimate reasons to shut down this
company because if there is no business activity they have no reason to
continue fund this company.

Please let me know your thoughts so I can get back to headquarters.
