Hunter: I will be forwarding a more formal thank you letter to you and your dad shortly, but I did not want the day to pass without a quick note to you. I am so grateful that you, and your family were able to be with us yesterday. Your presence meant so much to the thousands in attendance. We all felt like we have new friends and champions for our cause. I also hope that being with us gave your family some comfort as well. None of us want to be part of that community however, I have found over the years that the spirit and friendship of our shared experiences is a source of tremendous strength and support for me and my family.

I would love to continue the dialogue that we have started. It would be great to catch-up over lunch sometime. Please let me know what your schedule looks like over the coming weeks. Again, thank you for being such a wonderful part of this year's Race for Hope.
